DELIVERY POLICY

***COVID-19 UPDATE***

We are currently ONLY fulfilling orders placed on our website at our Warehouse located in BARATARIA.

ALL orders are to be collected at our warehouse once purchase is confirmed by one of our representatives.

Please follow all COVID-19 Protocols / social distancing when collecting.

We would give a date and time for collection at the warehouse and all efforts should be made to collect item/s purchased at time given.

 

iWorld delivers to most areas within Trinidad (NOT Tobago).

We are unable to provide specific times for delivery. All delivery dates are given in good faith but are subject to all matters beyond our control including acts of God, strikes, lockouts and delays by suppliers.

A form of valid National ID and number (ID Card, Drivers Permit or Passport) must be provided upon delivery. 

Deliveries will only be fulfilled to customers 18 years and over. 

Please note that your delivery may take longer during holidays, sales, weekends, or other busy periods.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

We at IWorld thank you for your purchase. We are committed to ensuring your experience with us is always a pleasant one. If you have any issue or change of mind you may return this item within 30 days from the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

 

Returned items should be accompanied by the original receipt, unused, and in the original packaging with all applicable accessories and components. Consumables and opened media products are nonreturnable. IWorld reserves the right to examine the products to validate the return.

 

This policy gives you specific right which may be complemented by local law.
